When does the competition open and close?
Entry opens at 9am on 17/5/10 and closes at 5pm on 19/7/10 (both Sydney time).

How can I enter?
You have to be in it to win it! Register on the ‘Where’s Roger?’ website, buy any pack of SCHMACKOS® Popcorn or STRAPZ® and watch out for the weekly clues. When you think you know Roger’s whereabouts, submit your answer to ‘Where’s Roger?’ to go into the draw to win the reward! Think carefully, only correct answers will be eligible to win the reward.

How many times can I enter?
You can only submit one entry per day of the entry period. There is also a limit of one entry per day from the same email address. Each entry requires the purchase of any SCHMACKOS Popcorn or STRAPZ product.

Do I need my owner’s permission to enter?
If you are a dog we recommend you ask your owner to help you enter the competition, typing with paws can be difficult. (Just dogging - you must be an eligible human to enter.) See condition 3 of the Entry Conditions.

Can I enter in the first week?
You can enter at any time during the entry period. Entry opens at 9am on 17/05/10 and closes at 5pm on 19/7/10. All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. If you decide to submit a different ‘Where’s Roger?’ answer later on in the entry period, you just need to purchase another pack of SCHMACKOS Popcorn or STRAPZ and enter your new answer on the site.

Why do dogs bury bones, why don't they put them in the fridge?
Dogs don't have hands, so it’s hard to open the fridge, also the handle is just a little too high. Burying a bone is their way to keep it cool.

What happens if I get the answer to ‘Where’s Roger?’ correct?
Subject to the entry conditions, if you submitted the first valid entry drawn that includes the correct answer to ‘Where’s Roger?’ you will win $250,000 (the Major Prize).

What happens if I get the answer to ‘Where’s Roger?’ incorrect?
Subject to the entry conditions, you will still have a chance to win one of 400 Double Movie Passes in the prize draw, whether or not your answer is correct.

When do I find out if I have won a prize?
Each winner will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided in their drawn entry. The notification may include instructions on how to claim the prize and establish your entitlement to it.
The name of the Major Prize Winner will be published in The Australian on 29/7/10.
The name of the Major Prize Winner may also be published at www.wheresroger.com.au within 7 days of the Major Prize being won (including in a redraw under condition 28 of the entry conditions) for a period of at least 1 week.

Use the clues to sniff out where Roger has gone. The 8 clues will lead you to one location.

Do I have to enter an answer to ‘Where’s Roger?’ every time there is a clue?
No, you don't have to answer where you think Roger is each week. You can guess at any time, whether that’s at the start of the competition or at the very end after you have seen all 8 clues. You can also submit the same, or a different answer as many times as you wish, however you will need to purchase a new SCHMACKOS Popcorn or STRAPZ product each time you submit an answer.

What advice can you give me if I’ve lost my dog?
Losing a pet can be distressing. After all, they’re a part of the family. If you have lost a pet there are measures you can take to help bring them home. To help keep them safe, make sure your pet wears a collar with ID tags at all times and consider getting them micro chipped.
